Agrohika Magazine

The idea behind Agrohika originated from a simple but important observation.
Across India and abroad, numerous initiatives are being undertaken by Agroha Dham, Agroha
Vikas Trust, Agroha Yuva Vikas, regional organisations, entrepreneurs, professionals,
educational institutions and community leaders. Yet a significant proportion of these
achievements remain undocumented, underreported or scattered across various
communication channels.
As a result, valuable experiences, innovations, success stories and institutional
developments often fail to reach the wider community. Agrohika was therefore conceived as
a platform capable of bringing these diverse contributions together under a single intellectual
framework. The objective is not merely to publish information but to create a living archive of
community progress. Through structured documentation and storytelling, the magazine aims
to preserve institutional memory while simultaneously inspiring future initiatives.
A Youth Led Publication
One of the most distinctive aspects of Agrohika is its organisational model.
The magazine is being entirely conceptualised, researched, designed, edited and managed
by youth. From editorial planning and content development to graphic design, interviews,
feature writing and publication strategy, every stage of the project is being led by members
of Agroha Yuva Vikas.
This makes Agrohika one of the few community publications in India that is genuinely youth
driven while maintaining a professional editorial framework. The initiative therefore serves not
only as a publication platform but also as a leadership development and skill building
opportunity for young contributors interested in journalism, publishing, design, media
management, communications and research. In doing so, the magazine embodies the
broader philosophy of Agroha Yuva Vikas by transforming participation into practical learning
and leadership.
Publication Format
To maximise accessibility and outreach, Agrohika has been designed as a hybrid publication.
The magazine shall be made available free of cost in digital format, ensuring unrestricted
access to readers across India and the global Agrawal diaspora. The digital edition shall
enable widespread dissemination of information while supporting environmental sustainability
and cost efficiency. In addition, a premium printed edition shall be made available at a
nominal contribution of ₹501 per copy. The print edition is intended to serve as a collectible
archival publication that readers may preserve as a record of community achievements and
institutional developments. Copies shall also be made available through Agroha Dham,
ensuring that visitors and community members have direct access to the publication.
This dual format approach combines broad accessibility with long term archival value.
Agrohika Magazine 25
Agrohika has been designed to function as the principal documentation platform for major
developments occurring across the Agroha ecosystem. The publication shall regularly
feature:
Developments and initiatives undertaken by Agroha Yuva Vikas.
Major programmes and activities of Agroha Dham.
Institutional achievements of Agroha Vikas Trust.
Community development projects.
Leadership initiatives.
Youth programmes and events.
Educational and social impact initiatives.
Entrepreneurship and business development activities.
Research and heritage preservation projects.
National and international community developments.
Among the most innovative features of Agrohika is its commitment towards supporting young
entrepreneurs. Recognising the challenges faced by startups and emerging businesses in
obtaining visibility and outreach, the magazine shall provide dedicated space for Agrawal
youth startups to showcase their ventures.
Eligible startups shall be provided complimentary promotional visibility within the
publication.
This initiative reflects a fundamental principle of Agroha Yuva Vikas: community platforms
must actively create opportunities rather than merely discuss them. By offering free visibility
to youth led ventures, Agrohika seeks to strengthen entrepreneurship, encourage innovation
and facilitate business growth. The initiative effectively transforms the magazine into an
opportunity creation platform in addition to being a publication.
A flagship component of Agrohika shall be its exclusive interview and recognition section.
Each edition shall feature detailed conversations with exceptional individuals from the
Agrawal community who have distinguished themselves through professional excellence,
entrepreneurship, innovation, public service, social impact, research, arts, technology,
defence, education and leadership.
The objective is to document their journeys, understand the challenges they have overcome
and extract lessons that may inspire future generations. Rather than focusing solely on
established personalities, the magazine shall also highlight emerging achievers whose
accomplishments deserve wider recognition. This section is expected to become one of the
most anticipated features of the publication.

Future Integration with AGNII
Agrohika is also expected to play a significant role within the broader AGNI ecosystem.
The publication may eventually integrate with the AGNI digital platform and mobile
application, creating a seamless connection between content, networking, business
discovery and opportunity generation. Through such integration, readers may be able to
directly connect with featured entrepreneurs, institutions, professionals and startups.
This would transform the magazine from a static publication into an interactive community
engagement platform. The magazine has the potential to become:
The official intellectual journal of the Agroha movement.
A historical archive documenting community developments.
A platform for youth expression and leadership.
A visibility engine for startups and entrepreneurs.
A bridge connecting institutions and individuals.
A repository of community achievements.
A source of inspiration for future generations.
A permanent record of the evolving Agroha ecosystem.
Very few community institutions possess a dedicated publication capable of simultaneously
documenting history, promoting innovation, supporting entrepreneurship and developing
youth leadership. Agrohika seeks to fulfil all of these functions within a single platform.
